Project Title: Design and Implementation of a Business Intelligence System for Satisfaction Measurement at the Administrative and Employment Organization of Iran
- Duration: 6 Months
This project was carried out in four main phases:
- Data Profile Documentation: Identification and analysis of the organization’s existing data to gain a deeper understanding of the information and its structure.
- Data Warehouse Design and Implementation: Collecting and cleaning data from various sources into a centralized repository for more effective analysis.
- Analytical Database Design and Implementation: Preparing data for various analyses using advanced analytical tools.
- Dashboard Analysis and Development: Creating visual dashboards to present analytical results and deliver key insights to decision-makers.
The dashboards include:
- Management Dashboard: Provides high-level analyses and reports tailored to managerial needs.
Public Dashboard: Delivers comprehensive and detailed information on employee satisfaction levels. - Organizational Performance Dashboard: Analyzes satisfaction levels based on organizational segmentation.
- Employee Performance Dashboard: Provides detailed information on each employee and their recorded feedback and satisfaction responses.
- QR Code Dashboard: Provides detailed reports on QR code generation and comparative analysis across organizations.
- Satisfaction Summary Dashboard: Presents concise information on overall satisfaction levels and the number of employees surveyed.
This project can contribute to improving service quality and employee satisfaction, marking a significant step toward the digital transformation and smart automation of organizational processes.
