The design and development project of administrative and headquarters processes of the Barakat Foundation was launched in 2024 (1403 SH) on the Bizagi BPMS platform.
This project has been planned based on a comprehensive architecture and in-depth understanding of the organization’s processes. It aims to analyze and implement the following processes, establish API integrations with both internal and external systems, and develop analytical and process dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Organizational Planning and Performance, including annual planning and budgeting, organizational performance evaluation, budget allocation, contract generation and management, organizational project management, document management, and risk management.
Human Resources, including welfare services management, personnel request management, training management, staff missions and assignments, annual salary calculation, individual performance evaluation, surveys, and suggestion system management.
Finance, including personnel request management, payment request management, personal financial reporting, and internal control.
Asset Management, including asset registration and management, asset maintenance and repairs, asset delivery and transfer management, preventive maintenance planning, and asset disposal.
Communications, including committee, meeting, and minutes management, task management, interdepartmental communication and ticketing, and organizational event management.
Procurement, including goods and service requests, procurement and supply of goods and services, procurement resource planning, and supplier management and evaluation.
